Refund policy

Shopay's Return and Refund Policy 14 days Period.

Change of mind after order has been processed from our end are subject to 10% re-stocking fees and two way freight from final refund amount.

Change Of Mind Returns:

To qualify for a return, the product's packaging must remain unopened, the item unused, and it should be in its original condition. Each change of mind return is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with the possibility of a more restocking fee being applicable on certain items. 

Massage chairs cannot be return based on change of mind due to heavy product categories so please check dimensions before placing the order. We are one email away to answer to your questions. 

We handle case by case which item can be accepted as return. Once order is processed we hold right to reject cancellation based request.

All cancellations and returns incur two way freight and restocking fees.

Cancellation and Refund Process:

Cancellation before order was processed, are permitted before processing, resulting in a full refund minus any transaction fees (PayPal, Mastercard, VISA, AfterPay).

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In unforeseen circumstances where we cannot fulfil your order, a prompt and complete refund will be processed without any questions.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds for eligible returns are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse. Please allow an additional day or two for the refund transaction to be reflected in your account after processing.

PayPal transactions may take up to 3-5 business days for processing refund.

Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at sales@shopay.com.au with your order number in the subject line. Our team will guide you through the return process; please await our confirmation before returning the product.
