Q: Do you ship products internationally?
A: Currently, we are focusing on the Australian market and do not offer international shipping.

Q: What is the estimated delivery time for Australian orders?
A: Orders within Australia are typically delivered within 2-4 working days for all metropolitan postcodes. For regional delivery addresses, please allow 4-14 days. We select courier services that ensure the quickest possible delivery.

We typically send tracking email once order is processed and scheduled for a pick up. 

Q: Where are your warehouses located in Australia?
A: Our furniture warehouse is based in Sydney, while our massage chairs are stored in Melbourne. All other products are also shipped from Sydney or Melbourne. 

Q: What happens if you cannot fulfil my order in Australia?
A: If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you within 24 hours to offer a full refund.

Q: Do your products come with warranties in Australia?
A: Yes, we are an authorized reseller for all the brands we carry, and our products come with at least a 1-year warranty. This warranty does not exclude rights provided by Australian Consumer Law.
